First off - a very good friend of mine is having her little boy RIGHT NOW! YAY!!! I am so excited for her and her DH, and know they will be great parents.
Second, M has a really severe ear infection in one ear. She is very inconsolable and just not herself. I hate that she's in so much pain. :(
